    There are 3 practical ways to send goods:


    1) Come directly to the nearest Drop Point in your city (sentralcargo.co.id/lokasi).

    2) Via the Sentral Cargo Application (if you have registered as a member).

    3) Request Pick Up via WhatsApp Chatbot to number 0812 9152 2799.

  • 02. How much is Sentral Cargo's shipping rate?
    To find out your estimated shipping rate, please visit our website (sentralcargo.co.id/ongkir) or the Sentral Cargo Application by entering your City of Origin and Regency and District of your destination.
  • 03. Which cities or areas can Sentral Cargo reach?
    Sentral Cargo has a fairly wide shipping range from Sabang to Merauke. For detailed information, please contact Customer Service at: 021 - 630 3456.
  • 04. Where are the Sentral Cargo drop point locations?
    Sentral Cargo currently has 318 drop points and will continue to grow.

  • 05. What items can be sent via Sentral Cargo?
    We can send all types of goods such as packages, documents and heavy goods.
    However, we cannot send:
    • Dangerous and prohibited goods: Animals, gold, silver, money, and narcotics.
    • Flammable goods: Explosives, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, jewelry and precious metals, and alcohol.
    • Food and drinks that are not valid by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
    • Other illegal goods.

  • 06. How much time is needed to deliver goods ?
    Sentral Cargo is committed to delivering your packages safely. However, the time it takes Sentral Cargo to deliver goods varies greatly, depending on several key factors.
  • 07. How to calculate the volume of goods?
    Volume Calculation Formula for Air Freight:
    Length X Width X Height ÷ 6,000 = Volume Weight (kg) X Air Freight


    Volume Calculation Formula for Land Freight:
    Length X Width X Height ÷ 4,000 = Volume Weight (kg) X Land Freight

    Note:

    1. If the calculated volume weight is greater than the actual weight, then the volume weight is taken.

    2. If the calculated actual weight is greater than the volume weight, then the actual weight is taken.

    3. To calculate the exact weight, it will be re-weighed and measured at our Drop Point, and for light goods the 'volume' is calculated.

  • 09. How to calculate surcharge goods?

    Surcharge goods according to airline regulations are >50 kg. The calculation of surcharge goods is the actual weight or volume weight whichever is the largest and multiplied by 100%.

  • 10. How do I know the status of my delivery?
    To find out the status of your goods delivery at Sentral Cargo, there are several easy and fast ways that you can do, namely checking via our official website (sentralcargo.co.id/cekresi), the Sentral Cargo Application, and the Sentral Cargo WhatsApp Chatbot (0812 9152 2799)
  • 11. When checking receipts, what is meant by the terms Bad Address, On-Process, CODA, and Criss Cross ?

    Bad Address: This means that the recipient's address listed on the package is unclear, incomplete, or cannot be found by the courier.

    On-Process: Indicates that your package is in the handling stage and is on its way to the destination city.

    CODA: The package has been delivered to the destination address, but the address is wrong or empty. Please contact the Sentral Cargo Customer Service team if this status appears.

    Criss Cross: Also called missroute is a status that indicates that your package has been missorted or swapped. It will then be returned to the correct sorting warehouse or hub to then be redirected to the correct destination.

  • 12. If a shipment is damaged, lost or does not reach its destination, how do I make a claim ?
    1. Please report to the branch within 1x24 hours after receiving the goods.

    2. Record the unboxing process and take photos of the goods.

    3. A report is made by the recipient which must be signed by both parties and accompanied by an invoice for the goods.

    4. Goods in the investigation process are not allowed to be traded or disposed of.

    5. If the goods are lost partially with damaged packaging, report to the Head Office (Call Center: 021-630 3456)
  • 13. How much compensation will I get if the goods are lost or damaged?
    Sentral Cargo has 2 price categories, namely Electronic and Non-Electronic.
    Where the replacement value for air shipments specifically for electronic goods is a maximum of IDR 1,000,000/unit and for replacement of air shipments of non-electronic goods is a maximum of IDR 400,000/kg.
    For land shipments of electronic goods is a maximum of IDR 1,000,000/kg and for replacement of land shipments of non-electronic goods is a maximum of IDR 200,000/kg.
    If the package is insured (rate 0.25% then the replacement value is according to the insured value).

  • 15. Is there a fee for canceling a shipment after the item has been picked up?
    Yes, some costs will arise if the goods have been picked up or other costs, such as wooden packing, bubble wrap, plastic wrapping and other administration costs.
