In light of the rise in fraudulent schemes, Sentral Cargo urges all customers to remain vigilant against scams carried out in the company’s name, whether by external parties or irresponsible internal staff.
Please note the following:
Sentral Cargo never requests payment via the personal bank accounts of employees or couriers.
Ensure that all transactions are carried out exclusively through the company’s official bank accounts listed on the official website.
Be wary of fake websites that mimic the appearance of Sentral Cargo’s official site.
Be wary of fake social media accounts claiming to represent Sentral Cargo.
Never provide personal data or OTP codes to anyone claiming to be from Sentral Cargo.
Be wary of internal staff who unlawfully alter the amounts for delivery charges, packing fees, insurance, or other charges.
Use the Waybill/BTT Verification feature on Sentral Cargo’s official website to ensure that delivery charges, packing charges, insurance, and other fees match the company’s official records.
